Background

Implementing a business system is not solely about getting the system in place. CoreChange stepped in to support an international retail company with the implementation of Greenfield SAP S/4 HANA Cloud. The company wanted to make its logistics and finance processes better. However, during the project, issues were found with the financial part that had the potential to delay the launch.
