About the program
Our trainee programme gives you, as a recent graduate, an opportunity to kick-start your consulting career. Throughout your year as a trainee, we alternate consulting assignments with courses and other activities to build a strong and close-knit team. The programme begins in September 2022.

Which specialisation interests you? 

Business Solution
We create magic with the help of the world's largest business system, SAP. With a focus on the areas of finance, logistics and purchasing, we help companies to develop and improve their processes by understanding how to best utilise the system solution in combination with existing business processes. As a trainee in Business Solutions, you will have the opportunity to get involved and generate fantastic business value in a complex digital environment. 

Digital Management
Today, there are many digital tools for reforming operations. With increasing progress in digitalisation, traditional business models are being challenged, and great demands are being placed on the ability to adapt to new conditions to be able to maintain and strengthen positions in the market. As a trainee in Digital Management, you will be involved in influencing and driving the digital journey of change in the business, both in terms of working methods and culture. 

Test Management
Digitisation in our society is moving at a faster rate than ever and our end users expect products and services to be up to date and of high quality. Many organisations and companies operate in highly competitive markets where the ability to bring ideas to life in a short time is a strong competitive advantage. As a trainee in Test Management, you will learn how we at CoreChange strengthen organisations' abilities to quickly and efficiently ensure that IT systems work for them.
